Allentown, PA – Henry W. Torres, 54, passed away suddenly on October 6, 2020. Born in Catacamas, Honduras, Henry immigrated to the US in 1995, settling to Newark. He lived in Plainfield and moved to Allentown a year ago.
Henry was a truck driver for Haul VIP Inc. in Allentown and enjoyed singing karaoke, fishing and watching movies. He truly enjoyed the time he spent with his family taking road trips, especially to Florida.
Henry leaves behind his wife Marlen (Acosta) and five children; Pamela David, Gissela Cotto, Diana Torres, Vivian Torres, and Angel Torres. He will be missed by his two grandchildren; Sebastian David and Ava Cotto and four siblings in Honduras.
Visitation will be held in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 beginning 9:30 am.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 10:00 am followed by burial at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.
