Piscataway – Rosalito Lim “Ross”, 81, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. 

Ross, born and raised in the Philippines, and his wife Josie, immigrated to the United States in the early 1970s, initially settling in Queens, New York. Eventually, they made Piscataway Township their home, where Ross has been a long-time resident and faithful parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini RC Church. 

He dedicated his career to Rutgers University, UMDNJ. In retirement, Ross found joy in time with his family, tending his garden and showcasing his love for ballroom dancing on the dance floor.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years Josefina “Josie” Lim; two sons, Oliver Lim and Jeffrey Lim and wife Cheryl as well as three beloved grandchildren (Jacob, Caleb and Maliyah). 

A visitation will be held at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ on Monday. June 2, 2025, from 5PM to 8 PM.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Frances Cabrini RC Church, 208 Bound Brook Road, Piscataway, NJ, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 10 AM.

Burial will follow in Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
