Aida Meyer , 92, passed away at home early Saturday morning, October 18,2025 . 

The daughter of Virgilio and Filomena DiLeo, she was born and raised in Bound Brook. Aida was a proud graduate of Bound Brook High School and resided in Middlesex for nearly seventy years. She married the love of her life, Chester, on August 2, 1952 and together they created a home and family that she cherished. 

She is predeceased by her husband Chester, who passed away December 7,2007, daughter Donna Meyer, sisters Mary Bubenick, Benedetta Lombardi, Virginia Haley and her beloved pet Katie who passed away just hours after Aida.

Surviving are her daughter, Dawn Meyer, son Jeffrey Meyer both of Middlesex, her grandson Andrew Tompsen and his wife Whitney, nephew David Bubenick and his partner Gisella Spreizer and her lifelong friend of 90 years, Margie Gumerlock. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 2-4pm in the Middlesex funeral Home 528 Bound Brook Rd. Middlesex, NJ 08846.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 beginning at 10:30am in the funeral home.

Immediately following the funeral service, Aida will be laid to rest at Bound Brook Cemetery, Bound Brook, NJ.
