Joanne Ann Baker (Blandek), 83, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 surrounded by her family at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born in Newark, NJ, Joan had been a longtime resident of South Plainfield and enjoyed raising her family.
Predeceased by her sister, Carol Wilson, Joan leaves behind her loving husband, Donald; sons, William (Tom) wife Patricia, Kenneth wife Laura; grandchildren, Christopher wife Brenna, Kaylin fiancé Ian and four great grandchildren.
Cremation services have been privately entrusted to the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Donations in her name can be made to your local animal shelter.
