Dunellen – Shannan Baker, 39, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025 at home.

Born in Plainfield, Shannan was a lifelong resident of Dunellen before recently relocating to Bridgewater. She was known for her love of music, often listening to her favorite tunes while completing her daily skin routine. Shannan had a passion for forensics and enjoyed watching crime shows, inspiring her aspirations to pursue a career in the field.

Shannan’s warm spirit and vibrant personality will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Predeceased by her mother, Colleen Baker; two sisters, Jessica Marier Baker and Ericka Baker Hernandez and nephew, Gage Baker McCabe.

Surviving are her father, Richard Baker; sisters, Christine Baker; nehews, Aidan, Collin and Patrick and two children, Henry and Rowan.

Family and friends may gather on Thursday, November 20, 2025 in the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway NJ 08854 from 3-4PM.
