Obituary of John G. Fuchs

Piscataway, NJ - John G. Fuchs, 70, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Monday, April 25, 2016. Born in Paterson to his late parents Hilarious "Red" and Tenna (Higdon) Fuchs, he grew up in Linden and settled to Piscataway in 1969. Until his illness, John worked as a realtor with Re/Max in Piscataway. Prior to, he was employed as an Executive with Twin County Grocer formerly located in Edison. John enjoyed fishing, crabbing, gardening and bowling and was an avid NY Yankees and Giants fan. He is survived by his devoted wife of forty-seven years Rosalie (Ventimiglia) Fuchs, two loving daughters; Michelle Fuchs of Piscataway and Andrea Loza and her husband John of Brick; four adored grandchildren; Madison, Brooke, Emily and Jacob and two dear siblings; Diane DiLeo and her husband Louis of Westfield and Hilly Fuchs and his wife Roz of East Brunswick. Visitation will be held in Piscataway Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Thursday, April 28, 2016 beginning 10:30 am. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11:00 am followed by mausoleum entombment at St. Gertrude Cemetery located in Colonia.
