Obituary of Madeline G. Waldron

Madeline G. (Rapuano) Waldron, 81, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 20, 2016. Born in Plainfield, Mrs. Waldron grew up and resided in Westfield prior to settling to South Plainfield nearly 47 years ago. She worked as a realtor for with ERA George Roberts Realty in Piscataway as well as the ERA Suburb Realty in Scotch Plains, retiring over 20 years ago. Madeline enjoyed dancing, shopping and boating but her true passion was family. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Donald J. Sr., surviving are her daughters, Gina Zarra and her husband Steve and Sue Waldron both of South Plainfield; son, Donald J. Jr and his wife Denise also of South Plainfield; sisters, Marianne Pigna of Scotch Plains and Angela Gallicchio of Woodbridge; brother, Tom Rapuano; grandchildren, David and Stefanie Zarra, Brian Jr and Brittany Patrusevich and Alyssa, Arianna , Ava and Amanda Waldron and great grandchildren, Madison, Ethan, Jaeleigh, Peyton, Giovanna and Travis. Also surviving are several extended loving relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 9:15AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10am funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery Colonia. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9pm in the funeral home.
