Anastasia "Anna" Jajecznyk, 78, passed away peacefully on May 5th, 2016 at JFK Hospital in Edison. Born in the Ukraine to the late George and Anna Moskel, she has resided in South Plainfield since 1967. Anna was a homemaker who enjoyed the quality time spent with her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Theodore in 2003
Surviving are her son, Roman Jajecznyk, and her extended family and friends.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30AM on Tuesday, May 10th 2016 at Christ United Methodist Church, 485 Hose Lane, Piscataway, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, South Bound Brook.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 9th, 2016 from 3:00 to 6:00PM at the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield.
