Obituary of Frank LaBruzzo

Frank LaBruzzo, 86, died on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in New York City, Mr. LaBruzzo resided in Brooklyn, NY prior to relocating to South Plainfield 22 years ago. He was the former owner and operator of Park Cleaners in Brooklyn, retiring in 1991. He was an avid NY Yankees fan, loved his trips to Atlantic City, listening to music and tending to his garden. Mr. LaBruzzo loved his family and cherished his grandchildren. He is predeceased by his sister Fannie and brothers, Jimmy and Rocco. Surviving are his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Rose Marie; daughter, Rosann Coppi of South Plainfield; sons, Carmine and his wife Danielle of Staten Island, NY and Guy of South Plainfield and his four grandchildren, Grey, Stephen, Lisa and Regina. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 9:15am in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10am funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 1-3 & 5-7pm in the funeral home.
