PiscatawayBarbara J. Gallagher, 77 passed away June 9, 2014 at her residence.Born in Newark, she grew up in Kenilworth before moving to PiscatawayIn 1960. She served as clerk to the Board of Chosen Freeholders in the 1990`sAnd was a longtime employee of Middlesex County.Barbara is survived by her children John Patrick Gallagher, Donna Joan Gallagher, Linda Ann Carragher, Charles Frederick Gallagher and Patrick Sean Gallagher.She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.Funeral services will begin 9:00am Friday June 13 from Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway NJ 08854 followed by a 10:00am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis Cabrini R.C. Church in Piscataway. Entombment will at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the funeral home.Donations may be made in her name to www.cancer.org/donate
