Obituary of Margaret Miller

Margaret Miller nee Donovan, 82, of Middlesex, passed away peacefully on Oct 6, 2017 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in Little Falls, NY to the late Leo and Elizabeth Donovan, she moved to New Jersey in 1964 the same year she went on to marry her beloved husband Kenneth Miller. The Miller's settled in Plainfield where they lived for 19 years, before moving to Middlesex in 1986. Mrs. Miller was a U.S. Postal Worker at the Kilmer Post Office in Edison before her retirement. Margaret was an avid New York Yankees fan who enjoyed traveling to Europe later in life, and many summers spent in Cape Cod with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who adored her family and the quality time spent together. Margaret was preceded in death by her dear sisters, Kathleen Guiney and Madonna Donovan. Surviving are her beloved husband whom she just celebrated 53 years of marriage with, Kenneth Miller, her loving daughters, Lisa Nolan and husband Edward and Patricia Miller and husband Stephen Pilger, her cherished grandchildren Justin Nolan, Alexa Nolan, and Jake Pilger. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00PM at the Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30AM on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Church, Middlesex. Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
