Middlesex, NJ - Arlene (Trojanowski) Barch, 68, passed away with her husband at her side on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Bridgeway Care Center in Hillsborough. Born in New Brunswick to her late parents Chester and Agnes (Tarashuk) Trojanowski, she lived in Piscataway prior to settling to Middlesex over forty years ago. Arlene was a Registered Nurse previously working for the Specialized Hospital in Mountainside and most recently on the 4th floor at St. Peter's University in New Brunswick. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish and loved to go antiquing, complete needlework, sew, attend flea markets and she enjoyed going out to eat. Predeceased by her parents, Arlene is survived by her loving family; husband Walter of Middlesex, two daughters; Tara Rutkowski and her husband Sam of Bridgewater and Stacey Maza and her husband Scott of Scotch Plains, four grandchildren; Ryan and Jason Rutkowski and Taylor and Ella Maza. She will be missed by her siblings; Tommy and his wife Donna Trojanowski of Rocky Hill, Maria Black and her husband Stephen of Watchung and James Trojanowski of Hillsborough and by her step-children; Constance Ripper and Denise Biondi, both of Florida. Visitation will take place in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm and on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 8:15 am until 8:45 am. Funeral services will begin 8:45 am in the funeral home on Friday, July 22, 2016 followed by a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish. Mausoleum entombment will take place privately at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation sent to the National Brain Tumor Society (www.braintumor.org) would be appreciated.
