Obituary of Frank V. Dudek

Frank V. Dudek, 93, passed away February 8, 2016 at Morristown Medical Center. Born and raised in Elizabeth, he currently resided in Martinsville. Mr. Dudek proudly served an enlistment in the United States Army, 2nd Battalion, 275th Infantry, during WWII and fought in The Battle of the Bulge. He was an Electronic Technician with the Federal Aviation Administration for 35 years, retiring in 1981. He was a charter member of the Bridgewater American Legion, Post 507. Frank enjoyed gardening and woodworking; however, his pride and joy was time spent at his home that he built in Barnegat Light, enjoying his boat and activities on Barnegat Bay with his family. Frank was predeceased by his parents, John and Katherine Dudek; by his 2 brothers and 6 sisters. Surviving are his loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11:15 am at the Resurrection Burial Park Mausoleum in Piscataway.
