Obituary of David L. Vescovi

Middlesex - David L. Vescovi, 86, died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Plainfield, David grew up in Dunellen and graduated from Dunellen High School. Then He inlisted with the Airforce and served in Korea. He spent many years as a car salesman in Bound Brook, first for Havens Ford and then at Royal Chevrolet where he was a sales Manager. He always enjoyed playing and watching sports, golf being his favorite. He loved to spend most of his free time with his daughters Kim and her husband Bob and Lynn and her husband Will. His three grandchildren were his pride and joy; Erika, Dana and Robert. He was not just a great father, but a teacher, role model and friend. He was known for humor, but loved for the caring, honest and genuine person that he was. Predeceased by a brother, Robert; surviving are his two daughters, Kim and husband Robert and Lynn and husband Will and three grandchildren, Erika, Dana and Robert. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 5-8PM in Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road Middlesex NJ 08846. Services will begin at 8PM in the funeral home.
