Piscataway, NJ - Carrie Ann ( Moulton ) Platten, 40, died unexpectedly on July 5, 2018. At the request of Carrie's family, all services will be held privately.
Carrie is survived by her two children; Trinity and Tyler Platten, parents Cindy Hayes and Tim Moulton and sisters Crystal Hensal, Connie Miner and Charlene Moulton.
