Phillipsburg – Scott T. Still, 71, passed away on April 23, 2020 at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg.  Born in Sunbury, PA to the late Joseph Franklin and Mae Elmira (Clark) Still, Scott lived in Middlesex most of his life until moving to Phillipsburg in 2008.

In 1967, Scott enlisted in the United States Air Force and faithfully served his country during the Vietnam War.  In 1971, Scott was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant.  He formerly worked for AT&T and Chrysler Automotive and was an avid NY Giants Fan.  He was a proud member of the Middlesex Elks #1488, was Elk of the Year in 1994-1995 and served as Exalted Ruler in 1999-2000. 

Scott leaves behind his loving and devoted family; wife Florence L. Still, son Peter and his wife Ashley, daughter Samantha Lee and her husband Thomas, his sisters Pookie and her husband Frank Still and Linda Dyer and her husband Dave as well as grandchildren; Xander Still and Austin and Amelia Lee and four nephews, two nieces, two great nephews and four great nieces.

A memorial gathering will be held at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Sunday, July 12, 2020 from 6-8pm with an Elks service being conducted at 6:30 pm.  Scott’s cremated remains will be buried with Military Honors at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 11:00 am on Monday, July 13, 2020.
