Piscataway – Augusto Enciso, 69, passed away May 18, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

 

Born in Bulan, Philippines, Augusto graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Augusto immigrated to the United States in 1976 initially to Edison. He lived in Freehold before settling in Piscataway.

 

Augusto worked for BNY Mellon as their IT Project Manager and worked in New York for 20+ years prior to retirement.

 

Family was most important to Augusto. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and siblings to Italy, the Caribbean and other local and international places as well as taking road trips to Virginia, Michigan and Illinois to visit extended family. Above all, Augusto loved being with his children and grandchildren.

 

In his spare time, Augusto watched football, tennis and other sports, watched sci-fi movies and enjoyed investing in the stock market.

 

Predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Jane Enciso; parents, Correa and Cesar Enciso and sister, Cynthia Perlberg; Augusto is survived by his two children, John Enciso and wife Janne of Robbinsville and Christine Enciso and husband Dominik of Jersey City, grandchildren, Kami and Cody Enciso, and close family Tasha Tan of Piscataway.

 

He will also be missed by his siblings, Evelyn Enciso, Emmanuel Enciso, Jose Enciso, Carlo Enciso, Angeline Enciso, Marlon Enciso, MariaElena Carlson and MariaTeresa Enciso, extended family and friends.

 

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
