My heart is sadden by the passing of my dear neighbor. John was the first person I met when we moved across the street. I had put out my garbage and apparently I had missed my pickup so he knocked on my door and said “I put your trash in with mine cause you missed your pick up” Scared the daylights out of me. But that was just the beginning. He made sure he got to know the kids by name, got to know my mom and if he didn’t recognize the car he would come Investigate to make sure we were ok. He was a wonderful, amazing human being. I will miss him tremendously. To Pat and the family Please know that Paula, Kevin,Jeffrey Robert and Eric send our sincere condolences to you. What ever you need Pat we are here. The Robinson’s

I have such fond memories of seeing John at just about every church event his grandchildren were involved in..always showning his support!! My most favorite memory was observing him being the dishwasher extraordinaire at all of the church yourh group teas and turkey dinners that raised money for the youth missions trips. He rolled up his sleeves and washed 100s and 100ds of dishes and dirty pans and had it down to a science without a single complaint!! It was obvious that that was only a fraction of a picture of how dedicated he was to doing anything for his own family as well as church family! You will be deeply missed!! God bless you and your family!!

John was a remarkable person and I am grateful to have had the chance to know such a wonderful man. His kindness and thoughtfulness towards others was done through complete selflessness and his positive attitude spread quickly to anyone that was around him. Although John never wanted any favors to be repaid, I have vowed to pay it forward with good deeds in his honor.
My family and I, especially the little ones, are going to miss his hellos, conversations, and watching him spend his days outside. Through the mouth of babes- “Does that mean Ms. Pat is going to have to mow the lawn now?” (I can hear John’s laugh with that one.)
Much love to the whole Sebok family. His legacy of kindness will live on.
