Obituary of Agnes J Santasieri
Fords – Agnes J. Santasieri, 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, September 5, 2020 at home.
Born and raised in Jersey City, Agnes settled to Fords with her late husband, Michael in 1977 and the pair raised their family. She worked for the Woodbridge Board of Education for many years in food service until retirement.
Agnes loved keeping in touch with her family and friends and could be found on the phone checking in with them. She enjoyed playing Bingo and cards as well cooking and watching QVC. Agnes’ greatest enjoyment came from the time spent with her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband who died in 2014, Michael Santasieri and brother, Nicholas Calamaito; surviving are her son, Anthony Santasieri and wife, Erin; her sister, Susan Zdanowicz and husband Bobby; sister in law Carol Calamito and niece and nephews.
She will also be missed by her five grandchildren, Michael, Bella, Lita, Tressa and Colton and great granddaughter, Kehlani.
Funeral services are private.
