Lake Hiawatha, NJ – Stephanie Ann Ulis, 38, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on February 8, 2021.  Born and raised in Perth Amboy, ‘Stef’ moved to Toms River, Philadelphia and Boonton prior to settling in Lake Hiawatha in 2019.

 

She was a Computer Aided Drafting and Design Technician for HNTB in Parsippany.  Stef ran multiple 5K races for charity and was a pin-up model for Retro Lovely Magazine.  She loved music, played the saxophone, and dabbled in the sport of fencing throughout college.  She enjoyed thrift shopping, and upcycling vintage clothing online. The Eagles were her favorite football team, and she loved Winnie the Pooh.

 

Predeceased by her father Richard, Stef leaves behind her loving family; mother Margaret Ulis of Toms River, sisters; Christina Romano and husband Angelo of Ocean Gate, Adrianne Cranmer and her husband Darin of Waretown and Juliana Ulis of Toms River.  Stef will be missed by her niece Zoey Joan Romano of Ocean Gate, best friend Bronson Boquel of Montville and by her aunts, Mary DeNise and husband Robert of Toms River and Madalyn Spadaro and husband Lou of Spring Hill, FL. Most importantly, her dog Rebel and pirate cat Layne will miss her the most.
