Obituary of Harry Kuzmich
It is with great sadness that the family of Harry Kuzmich announce his passing.
Harry passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset in Somerville at the age of 72.
Born in Poland, Harry came to the United States at age 7. He grew up in Clifton, NJ and lived in Toronto, Canada for nearly 20 years before moving back to the United States where he resided in central Jersey.
Harry was a kind, supportive, loving father and husband. His sons will always remember the important life lessons and guidance he provided that they attribute to making them the adults they are today. He was always there to lend a helping hand when needed or to make a batch of his famous crepes.
Harry always enjoyed spending quality time with his family, cooking, taking day trips with Bojena, and watching football on the weekends. He valued hard work and was employed as a retail buyer for over 50 years.
He is survived by his wife Bojena; sons, Michael Kuzmich and his wife Jillian Stevens of Mountainside and Andrew Kuzmich of Hillsborough; sister, Irene Genin of Philadelphia, and brother, Jerry Kuzmich and his wife Melana of Clifton, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 1pm at St. Andrew Memorial Church / Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA 280 Main St. South Bound Brook, NJ 08880.
Immediately following mass, Harry will be laid to rest in St. Andrew Church Cemetery, South Bound Brook.
