Obituary of Florence A. Fallano

Formerly of Piscataway – Florence A. (Deluccia) Fallano, 80, passed away on June 11, 2023 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born in Newark, Flo has lived in Belleville and Piscataway before settling in South Plainfield.

She co-owned Donnu’s Hair Designers in Newark and Bloomfield and recently retired from Middlesex County Board of Social Services where she worked as a Social Services Clerk and participated in the Blessed Mother Rosary Club on her breaks. As a hairdresser and beautician, Flo enjoyed what she did and had a passion for it. She loved to cook, especially Italian dishes and would never pass up an opportunity to spend time with her beloved grandchildren.

Flo leaves behind her three sons; Donnie and his wife, Shannon, of Dunellen, Ronnie Verden of Hawthorne and Johnny Verden, her three grandchildren; Angelina Verden and Louie and Frankie Fallano, as well as her loving companion of thirty years; Ronnie Glick of South Plainfield.

Visitation will be held at South Plainfield Funeral Home, 2456 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Saturday, June 17, 2023 beginning 11:00am. A concluding prayer service will be held at 12:30pm and cremation will take place privately
