Obituary of Betsy (Zanetti) Howarth

Middlesex, NJ – Beatrice Ann “Betsy” (Zanetti) Howarth, 76, died suddenly at her home on July 3, 2023.  Born in Bound Brook to the late Joseph and Valerie (Brandt) Zanetti, Betsy has been a lifelong resident of Middlesex.

She worked as a purchasing agent and in customer service with Cardinal Health in Edison.  She had a love for family and enjoyed sitting by the shore and reading true crime novels.  Betsy will be remembered as a caring and giving person who put others first.

She is survived by her son Joseph and his wife Cherie of Highlands, siblings; James Zanetti (Cheryl) of Waretown, Judy Reedy of Middlesex, Kay Liszewski (Mark) Bridgewater and Joanne Shuscavage (Steve) of Lancaster, PA.  Betsy also leaves behind her nieces and nephews; Jason and Lisa, Kaitlin and Mark and Nic and Luke.

Visitation will be held at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Saturday, July 8, 2023 beginning at 11:00am.  Concluding prayers will be held at 1:30pm followed by private cremation.
