Obituary of Thomas Wyckoff
South Plainfield - Thomas James Wyckoff, 76, of South Plainfield, NJ quietly passed away at home on August 18, 2023.
Born on November 11, 1946 to Franklin and Vira Wyckoff in Plainfield, NJ , Tom graduated from South Plainfield High School he went on to work for NJ Bell. He met and married his wife Paddy in 1982 and with her raised her daughter, Mary and son, Robbie.
Tom loved and enjoyed his many friends, especially his buddy Danny, at the American Legion in South Plainfield. He was an avid golfer for many years and most enjoyed games and activities with his friends at "The Club".
He later worked at The Wyckoff Group 15 years eventually retiring in 2016 as a Senior Manager in the Accounting Division.
His loving wife Paddy passed away July of 2014. He is survived by his loving stepdaughter Mary, who faithfully served as his caretaker his final days and son Robbie of South Plainfield. He will also be missed by his brother Frank Wyckoff and his wife Christine of Vero Beach, FL, along with his niece, Jennifer Augusta of Califo; granddaughters, Holly Hornick and Erica Hornick grandson, Steven Hawkins and 5 great grandchildren.
