James F. Cavaliere, 65, died suddenly on Sunday, October 15, 2023 in Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Born in Jersey City, James grew up in Plainfield and South Plainfield before settling to Millstone several years ago.  He relocated to Bensalem, PA recently.

James enjoyed the outdoors, hunting or fishing as well as spending time with his family.

Predeceased by his parents, Bernard and Catherine (Dunn) Cavaliere and sister, Madelon; surviving are his wife, Paula Cavaliere and three children, James Cavaliere and wife Danita, Lisa Marie Tam and husband David and Caitrin Cavaliere.  He will also be missed by his siblings, Bernadette Williams and husband David, Maria Vanderbilt and husband James, Catherine Cavaliere – Calderon and husband Cesar and Bernard Cavaliere and eight grandchildren, Anthony, Shjan, Jordan, Alexis, Dana, Kody, Kellie, Izabella and four great grandchildren, August, Rowan, Kaia, Avery.

Family and friends may gather in the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield NJ 07080 on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 2-5PM, funeral services will begin at 4:30PM.
