Piscataway, NJ – John P. Loss, 53, died suddenly in his sleep on November 7, 2023. Born in Somerville to the late Gerald and Joanne (Earner) Loss, JL (as everyone knew him) was a longtime resident of Middlesex Borough.
JL retired from the Borough of Middlesex Department of Public Works where he was a maintenance worker for over thirty-six years. He enjoyed fishing and sports, especially the NY Giants and NY Yankees.
He leaves behind his son Cpl. Jarad Loss of the USMC, brothers; James his twin; Michael and Gary, all of Florida, and all his friends and co-workers at the borough garage.
A memorial service will be held at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 4pm until 6pm.
