Obituary of Mary Ann Santoro
Piscataway, NJ – Mary Ann Santoro, 62, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Waterfront Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Raritan, NJ.
Born and raised in Piscataway to the late Charles and Ruth DeVries, Mary graduated from Piscataway High School, and chose to settle in town following her marriage.
Through the years, Mary has worked for Silva Trim in South Plainfield, in the shipping department, then Med Tech, where she worked her way up to Second Shift Supervisor. She later went on to work in Customer Service at Restaurant Depot in South Plainfield.
Mary was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima RC Church in Piscataway where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. Above all else, she enjoyed time with her family, especially her husband Gary.
Predeceased by her parents, Mary is survived by her husband, Gary Santoro; sisters, Susan Duzik and her husband David, and Karen Greenwald and her husband Michael; and brothers, Thomas DeVries and his wife Julie, and Kenneth DeVries. She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 4 PM to 7 PM.
