Raymond E. Hatala, 86, of South Plainfield, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2018 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born in New Jersey to the late John and Helen Hatala nee Mezaroz, he went on to serve his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Mr. Hatala worked as an inspector for General Motors.
Memorial vistiation will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00PM at the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield.
Military honors will be presented at 2:00PM at the funeral home.
