Obituary of Maria Eugenia Falsetta

Maria Eugenia Falsetta South Plainfield, NJ - Maria Eugenia (Fusco) Falsetta, 70, died on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Haven Hospice located within JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she has lived in Long Island for several years before moving to South Plainfield to be with her family a few years ago. Maria retired in 2006 from the New York School District where she was employed as an Administrator. She loved gardening, spending time with her family and was often found dancing and going to garage sales and flea markets. Maria leaves behind her mother Helen (Sardo) Fusco of Green Brook and by her three children; Steven D. Livengood of South Plainfield, Laurel Tobin and her husband Wayne also of South Plainfield, Diane Vodarsik of Edison and by her friend, her cat Gabby. Vistation will be held in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 4-6 PM. Cremation will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The New Jersey Chapter, 14 Commerce Drive, Suite 301, Cranford, NJ 07016 or to Christ of King Anglican, PO Box 1657, St. Augustine Fl 32085.
