South Plainfield - Evelyn (Bongard) MacDonald, 59, died on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Robert Wood John University Hospital at Rahway.
Born in Elizabeth, Evelyn was raised and resided in Roselle Park. She moved to Edison in 2006 and worked for Precision Escalator in Kenilworth for several years.
She is pre deceased by her husband Arthur who died in 2003, her sister Carol Kuchera and a brother Paul Bongard.
Surviving is her daughter Dawn Tomei and her husband Dave of South Plainfield, her brother Robert Bongard and her 2 grandchildren; Gianna and Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 4-6 PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Miracle Walk C/O St. Barnabas Center Foundation, 95 Old Short Hills Rd., West Orange, NJ 07052.
