South Plainfield - Arlene "Boots" Lizak, 59, died on Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Brooklyn, NY., she had resided in South Plainfield of most of her life. She had been employed by Nissan in Piscataway, NJ.
Predeceased by her father, John F Lizak, she is survived by her mother, Mary (Kalmanir) Lizak of South Plainfield and her brother, Richard Lizak & his wife, Monica of Florida.
Funeral services and committal services, officiated by Fr. Damian Breen of Sacred Heart Church, were held on Friday, December 28, 2007 in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains under the direction of the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals of South Plainfield.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Arlene
