Hope M. Clark
South Plainfield - Hope M. (MacMillan) Clark, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Saturday, April 17, 2010.
Born and raised in Kearny, NJ, she had resided in Verona and enjoyed a summer residence in Belmar. She later returned to Kearny before settling to South Plainfield in the early 1950's where she enjoyed being a stay at home mom and tending to the family residence.
Hope was a dedicated wife and mother who enjoyed a very special relationship with her sons. In 2007, her dearest son, Ronald, passed away at the age of 53. Also predeceased are her two brothers, Thomas and Angus "Mac" MacMillan.
Hope is survived by her dear husband of 66 years, Hugh "Gene" Clark, her son, Kevin, four beloved nieces, a nephew and a few dear friends.
In accordance with her wishes, Hope's funeral and services will be private.
