Mildred " Millie" Karnell
South Plainfield - Mildred Hyers "Millie" Karnell, died suddenly at her home on Sunday, May 17, 2009.
Born in Plainfield, Millie has resided in the boro of South Plainfield since 1970 and had been employed by the former Art Color in Dunellen.
Her husband, Herbert A. Karnell died in 1978, she is also predeceased by her parents, a brother, James and a sister in law, Virginia .
Surviving is her long time, dear friend and neighbor, Gabriele Hollain. Her two step daughters, Christine Craig of Tenn. and Janet Beedenbender of Virginia and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 9:00 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 8:00 AM until the time of the services.
In lieu of flowers, donations in he memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
