South Plainfield - Baby Girl Katie Koznowicz, born Sunday morning, December 13, 2009 to parents, Susan (nee Valeri ) Duarte and Edward Koznowicz, Jr. has passed away.
Katie is the little sister of Paulie & Samantha and the granddaughter of Marion & Adam Valeri and Edward & Elizabeth Koznowicz. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousin and family members.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Hillside Cemetery, 1401 Woodland Avenue Scotch Plains, NJ.
