Barbara Lehmann Retired Registered Nurse Watchung, NJ - Barbara F. (Kotlan) Lehmann, 76, died on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Elizabeth, Barbara resided in Irvington and Greenbrook for many years before settling to Watchung two years ago. Barbara graduated from Columbia University in New York in 1954 with a degree in Nursing. She worked for Columbian Presbyterian Hospital from 1954-1956 and retired from Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield after employment from 1970-1995 in the Oncology Unit. A devoted wife and mother to her family, Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years Charles J. Lehmann, her children; Charles F. and his partner Karen, Joseph P. and wife Teresa, Barbara A Bavosa and husband Scott, Ann F. Lehmann and by her brother Frank Kotlan. She also leaves behind her nine grandchildren; Charles F. Lehmann Jr. and his wife Kathleen, Mary Lehmann, Jamie lynch and her husband Kevin, Joseph F. Lehmann, Marissa A., Haylie E. and Katrina M. Bavosa, Michael E. and Rachael K. Semone and by two great-grandchildren; Charles E. and Alexis P. Funeral services will be held Graveside on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 10:00 AM in Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook. Visitation will be held Friday, July 11, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and on Saturday, July 12, 2008 from 9:00-9:30 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to the Plainfield Humane Society, 75 Rock Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07060.
