Kavita Davie Lall

South Plainfield - Kavita Davie Lall, 62, died on Friday, July 25, 2008 at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains.

Born and raised in Guyana, Kavita came to the United States in the 1970's residing in Jersey City before moving to South Plainfield in 2007.

She worked as an L.P.N. at New York University Medical Center for 3 years.

Surviving are her daughter and her husband Sarah and Ralph Velez of South Plainfield, 2 sisters; Serome Mohabeer, and Verina Narian, and her 3 brothers; B.L. Pancham, Narian Lall Pancham, and Alfred Baychu. Also surviving are her 4 grandchildren; Stephanie, Sarah, Kimberly, and Megan Velez.

Services will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 beginning 8:45 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ followed by a 10:00 AM Funeral Service at the Lake Nelson Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Piscataway.

Cremation will follow at Rosehill Crematory, Linden.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2008 from 6-9 PM and on Monday, July 28, 2008 from 5-9 PM in the funeral home
