Obituary of Mary K. Dudak

Easton, PA - Mary K. Dudak, 85, passed away with her children by her side on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at St. Luke's University Health Network Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. A lifelong resident of South Plainfield, Mary recently relocated to Easton, PA two years ago. Prior to retiring from Cedarbrook Schools in Plainfield, she worked in the office of Cornell Dubilier in South Plainfield. A faithful communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Mary was an avid cook and known for her holiday feasts. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother who was generous to her family and all who knew her. Predeceased by her husband of 50 years who died in January of 2004, John and six siblings, surviving are her daughter Lynn and her husband Marc Knox of Easton, Pa., two sons; Scott and his wife Pam of So. Plainfield, and Ed Donahue and his wife Christine of Dallas, Pa., seven grandchildren; Amanda (Edward), Marc, Karissa, Krista (Phil), Cory, Edward and Mitchell and one great grandson, Michael. Funeral services will begin on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 9:00AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a funeral mass in Sacred Heart RC Church, 149 South Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ at 10 AM. Interment will follow mass in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield. Family and friends are invited to join together for visitation on Thursday from 5-8PM in the funeral home.
