My heartfelt sympathy to the family of a childhood friend. Playing outside until our moms yelled "the street lights are on!", the swings on the playground at Roosevelt School, and our birthday parties complete with hats and noisemakers... Kim, you will be remembered for your long, hard fight with a horrific disease that has taken many, but your spirit of life will live on with those who have known and love you. Rest in peace, my friend...

Dear Kim,
I am saddened by the news of your passing but will always remember your kind heart and wonderful laughter. You loved halloween more then anyone I've ever known. Your parties were best! You will be missed.
May you rest in peace my friend,

Kim, I want to thank you for an adventurous 20 year friendship - from the day we met at Cub Scout Day Camp, throughout the next 20 years, we never ran out of things to talk about, argue about, debate about. You were the strongest willed woman I have ever met - and you needed every ounce of that will to fight the battle with cancer that you so bravely and defiantly fought for 22 years. You showed everyone around you what true strength and determination is. You were my friend, my confidante, my partner in crime. I will miss you terribly, but I know you will be in my ear all the time, whether I can see you or not. You made my life a richer place and I promise I'll help your boys with whatever they need or ask of me, because I know you would do the same for my children. You deserve your rest and the freedom from the cancerous chains that gripped your body. Be free, my friend, and know peace.
