Obituary of Anna Viola

West Palm Beach, FL - Anna Viola, 88, died Sunday August 18, 2013 at Coral Bay Heathcare & Rehabilitation in West Palm Beach, FL. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Anna resided in Staten Island relocating to Florida in the late 1990's. Anna enjoyed reading, puzzles and the New York Yankees. She also enjoyed watching old movies and T.V. shows and was very knowledgeable about old actors and actresses. She is predeceased by her two sisters; Gertrude Lizzi and Marie Gassman and a brother; Dominick Viola. Surviving are two nieces; Diane Springer of Boynton Beach and Marguerite Fusco of South Plainfield and a brother, Andrew Viola and his wife Mary of Florida. She will also be missed by her great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will begin on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 9:15AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080 followed by a funeral mass at 10AM in Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield. Burial will follow in Green - Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY Family and friends may attend visitation on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 5-9PM in the funeral home In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Palm Beaches, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach FL 33407.
