Obituary of Beatrice "Bea" Allara

Beatrice M. Allara South Plainfield, NJ - Beatrice M. Allara, nee Rodgers, a longtime resident of South Plainfield passed away Monday, September 19, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband John A. Allara, her parents Samuel and Josephine Rodgers, a sister Pearl Type and two brothers, Theodore Rodgers and Samuel A. Rodgers, Jr. She is survived by her sons; Darryl (Kenneth Freehill) of Dallas, TX, John (Patrice) of South Plainfield, Robert (Anya) of Warren and Keith (Diane) of South Plainfield. Also surviving are two grandsons; Stephen (Teresa) and David, two great-grandsons and many nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 beginning 10:00 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by burial in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM and on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the service.
