Obituary of Barbara Alles

Barbara Alles Dunellen - Barbara Alles, 46, died on Monday, June 4, 2012 at her home. Born in New Brunswick, Barbara was one of seven children born to Frank Alles Sr. and the late Margaret (Phillips) Alles. She grew up in Piscataway, resided in South Plainfield, Beachwood and Whiting before settling to Dunellen a few years ago. She had worked at Gerling's Greenhouse and for Liberty Mutual. Barbara enjoyed joking with her family, truly adored animals and listening to various genres of music. Predeceased by her mother, Margaret, surviving are her father, Frank Alles Sr., six siblings; Frank Alles Jr., Linda Jacob, John Alles, Robert Alles, Susan Pleeter, and Diane Oselador and nine nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Visitation hours are Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 3 - 7 PM in funeral home. Interment will take place privately in Holy Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Plainfield Area Humane Society, 75 Rock Ave., Plainfield, NJ 07060.
