Amelia "Amy" Silvio Amelia "Amy" Silvio, 29, of Plainfield, beloved Mother, Fiance, Sister, Daughter and Friend, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 10, 2011. Amy was a former resident of Piscataway before moving to Plainfield in 2005. Amy was employed at Walmart in Piscataway before becoming a stay-at-home mother in recent years. She had a passion for writing and enjoyed internet games, music and styling hair and nails but first and foremost, her greatest love was being a mother. She surrounded herself with close friends and family and loved to make people laugh. Amy was predeceased by her mother, Deborah Silvio, 2004 and an uncle, George Decker in 2001. She leaves behind her two young sons, Dario, 6 and Julyian, 11 months, along with her Fiance, Ariel Irizarry, and his parents, her father, Dennis Silvio, brother, Michael Silvio, aunts, uncles, cousins and several close friends, whom were considered family. Visitation celebrating Amy's life will be held at McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Monday, June 13, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. ""If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together, there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think, but the most important thing is, even if we're apart, I'll always be with you."" - Winnie the Pooh. We all love you, Amy. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Words will never explain.
