I was very sorry to hear of Terri's passing. She was devoted to helping her community, and was a dedicated CERT and American Red Cross volunteer. Terri was very active in training new Red Cross volunteers and making sure they were equipped with the skills to do their jobs. And she was a sweetheart! She will be missed.
