South Plainfield - Evelyn M. Yutrenka passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 26, 2012 in the Cedar Oaks Care Center in South Plainfield.
Born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ Evelyn lived in Linden, Union and Toms River before settling in South Plainfield in 2007 with her nephew Bud and his wife Sandie.
Evelyn spent her life as a homemaker and was recently a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in South Plainfield.
She is predeceased by her loving husband; Alexander, daughter Linda; sister Mary Beresford; and brother Stanley Haiko. Surviving are her nephew: Ronald "Bud" Beresford II and his wife Sandra and a sister: Annie LaCorte.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 9:15 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass in Sacred Heart RC Church, 149 South Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.
Family and friends may attend visitation hours on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
