Obituary of Margaret Ann DeLago

Fuquay Varina, N.C. - Margaret Ann "Peggy" DeLago, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 6, 2014 with her family by her side. Born in Plymouth, PA, Peggy resided in Westfield before settling to Fuquay Varina, NC six years ago. An avid reader, Peggy enjoyed ball room dancing, knitting and sewing. She was a communicant of St. Mary's RC Church in Plainfield and a member of the Gold Star Wives of America. Predeceased by two husbands; John Puciloski, who died in 1945 and George DeLago, who died in 2008, surviving are two daughters; Patricia Rossi and husband Albert of Fuguay Varina, NC and Debra Cestare and husband Michael of Monroe Twp. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren; Michael Rossi and wife Stacey, Lisa Rossi, Jennifer Rossi and Noel Palmer and husband Ken and four great grandchildren; Lauren, Jake, Zachary and Karli Rose Smithline. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 9AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a funeral mass in St. Mary's RC Church, Plainfield at 10AM. Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield. Family and friends may attend visitation on Monday from 2-4PM & 7-9PM in the funeral home.
