Edison - Abigail "Abby" Galan, 52, passed away at home in the early morning hours of Tuesday, August 18, 2015.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Abby grew up in Jersey City prior to settling to Edison in 1983.
A devout member of the Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center in Sayreville, Abby participated in the Children's Ministry Group but her primary purpose was serving as a Deacon.
She is predeceased by a son Joseph Galan and is survived by her husband Felipe; sons, Felipe Jr. and Daniel; parents, Cesiah and Silfredo Ramos Sr. and a brother Silfredo Jr. and his wife Elinel all of Edison. Also surviving are many extended loving relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will begin at 10Am on Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center, 2707 Main St. Extension, Sayreville.
Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 2,3 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8pm in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
