Obituary of Fred Baita

Fred Baita South Plainfield, NJ - Fred Baita, Sr.,86, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Raritan Health & Extended Care Center in Raritan. Fred was born in Brooklyn, and lived in Bound Brook, spent six years in Florida, but resided in South Plainfield for most of his life He served with the Merchant Marines during WWII and worked for Colonial Tank Transport as a truck driver. He is predeceased by his wife Adrieana, his parents; George and Marie Baita, his two sisters; Marie and Chris Baita and two brothers; George and John Baita. Fred leaves behind his eight children; Adrieana Baita - Cesaro and her husband Anthony, Fred Jr. and his wife Carol, Roxanne Baita and her husband Karim, Edward, Cecilia Baita, Marie Baita, Joseph and his wife Angela and Esther Baita and her husband Carlos, his brother Bob and his wife Gloria, 23 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services and Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 5-7 PM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Cremation service will be held privately
