I met Tom in 1964 when I first came on the police department and he always treated me like he was my big brother. From 1966 until 1976 we were partners in the detective bureau and we had many sad times as well as good times. During that time we even did a few tile jobs together. I couldn't have asked for a better partner as far as working together on the job, he was very smart had a lot of common sense and the brawn to go with it! Nobody would mess with me as long as he was with me. My condolences to Terry and the family, he will surely be missed by everyone.
