Barbara - Steve and I were saddened to hear of Frank's passing. We were blessed to have known him and enjoyed those times we spent with you both. Whether at a pancake breakfast, a dinner, at the Observer or just bumping into him at a local business - he always had a welcoming smile and a friendly conversation at the ready. We'll miss him.
