I am sorry for your loss. Nothing can prepare us for the loss of a loved one. God’s word the Bible gives us comfort, it provides hope. “There is going to be a resurrection.” (Acts 24:15) God will restore life to those who have died, and they will have the prospect of living forever in paradise on earth. (Psalms 37:29) This is a promise from God, which we can have confidence in because he “cannot lie.” (Titus 1:2) May this hope comfort your greiving hearts.
